Most international families in Singapore choose between two versions of the same machine: a large international school where your child is one of a thousand, or the local track's relentless preparation for exams your family may never sit.

Both are built on the same assumption, that children are containers to fill, on a schedule set by someone else.

There is a third way, and it has been proven in over 300 studios across 30+ countries: a small, mixed-age studio where children set goals, master core skills at their own pace, do real work for real audiences, and learn to stand up and defend what they've built. Not softer than school. Harder, in the ways that matter.

Three kinds of learning, six conditions

Real Work, Real Audiences

Every session ends in something real, a business, a film, a prototype, shown and defended in a public exhibition.

Socratic Discussion

No answers from the front. Questions that make children think, argue, and refine their judgement.

Hero's Journey

Call, struggle, discovery, return. Children learn to sit with difficulty and come through changed.

Studio Contract

The learners write the rules and hold each other to them. Accountability is peer-driven, not adult-imposed.

The model is public. The execution is where the work is, and that's what we show you in person.

A full day, one arc

What a day looks like

Five days a week, roughly 8:30am to 3:00pm. Every day carries the same arc.

Launch
A Socratic question with no easy answer. The studio circles up, thinks out loud, and sets intentions for the day.
Core Skills
Deep, self-paced work on reading, writing, and maths. Goals are the learner's own; progress is visible and real.
Quest
Hands-on project work, the multi-week missions that end in something real. The guide watches, asks, and does not rescue.
Close
Reflection, honest peer feedback, and the studio held to the standards the children wrote themselves.

  • Your child is a Singapore citizen on the mainstream school track. Compulsory education rules shape what's possible for citizen children, though if your family is part of the homeschooling community, talk to us, there may be a path

Small by design, and we're straight about what that means. EagleHeart Acton is an independent, learner-driven programme capped at nine families, run under Singapore's provisions for small-group education of non-citizen children. We are deliberately not a large registered international school, that's what keeps the ratio at one guide to nine learners, and every child deeply known. What that means for your family's pathway, portfolio, and future school transitions, we discuss openly in person.

Christine spent 15+ years across technology, aerospace, and logistics, and today leads in Generative AI solutions for enterprises. But it wasn't the boardroom that changed her. It was her three children, and one question she couldn't shake: what if school were built around who a child actually is, not who the system needs them to be?

That question led her to the Acton network, where she trained directly with the model's founding community, and to building EagleHeart: the full-time programme opening late 2027, with a Saturday studio launching in early 2027. Her belief is simple: every child is completely and inherently valuable, with a genius worth discovering.

Asked honestly, answered honestly

If we step off the conventional track, are we closing doors?

No, and this is the question we take most seriously. Learners build rigorous core skills (reading, writing, maths) to genuine mastery, plus a portfolio of real work most applicants can't show. Acton learners worldwide transition into conventional schools, international schools, and universities. We design every family's pathway, including re-entry points, together, openly, before you commit.

Is this a registered school?

No, deliberately. EagleHeart Acton operates as a small independent programme for nine non-citizen children, below the threshold at which Singapore requires registration as a school. That is what makes a 1:9 ratio possible. For citizen children, Singapore's compulsory education rules apply, families in the homeschooling community with an approved exemption should speak with us about what's possible. We cannot sponsor student visas, your family must already have the right to live in Singapore.

What about exams and academic rigour?

Core skills are non-negotiable here, they're simply mastered at your child's pace instead of the cohort's average. Families who want external benchmarks (standardised assessments, future IGCSE pathways) plan them with us. The difference isn't less rigour; it's that rigour serves the child, not the timetable.

How much does it cost?

We share fees in conversation, once we understand your family and you understand the programme. What we'll say here: it is a premium, boutique choice, priced well below Singapore's large international schools, and far above enrichment classes, because it replaces school, not supplements it.

When does it start, and what happens before then?

The founding cohort opens in late 2027. Between now and then: our Saturday studio launches in early 2027 running the same model in miniature, the Children's Business Fair happens this November, and founding families join private conversations, visits, and a staged enrolment process. Founding families shape the studio, and are recognised for the trust they place in us.

Who teaches the children?

A trained guide, not a lecturer, runs the studio day-to-day, with Christine actively involved as founder. Guides train in Socratic questioning and learner-driven facilitation. In a nine-child studio, no child is invisible. Ever.

We're interested but not ready for full-time. Is there a smaller step?

Yes, that's exactly what our Saturday studio, EagleHeart Discovery, is for. It launches in early 2027: same model, one morning a week, alongside your child's current school. Join its founding waitlist now, many of the school's founding families will start there.
